Yoga Retreat - A three night break of yoga in glorious
natural surroundings of Norfolk. Enjoy classes in the daytime with our tutor Abby in our modernized 18th
century barn with enough time to enjoy and explore the beautiful expanse of countryside and two mile long
natural lake. Fresh locally sourced menus at our award-winning restaurant will complement your retreat.

Somerleyton
Luxury Boot Camp – For all levels of fitness and ability, this challenging three day
break encompasses a program of sports, and exercise based at Fritton House Hotel using the facilities
and beautiful setting of the estate. The Hotel is on the shore of Fritton Lake – your break will
encompass the stunning Broads setting, the wild woodlands, the lake and the open farmland around the
estate. A team of ex-army instructors will give you expert attention thoughout your schedule. See attached

Art Breaks - We welcome all abilities on our Art Breaks - whether you’re a skilled artist or just exploring
your potential! Choose your favourite medium, or experiment with a new one, in a challenging variety of formats,
from landscape and portraiture to still life. Subjects are equally extensive – from vistas and views
to animals and architecture.
Breaks start on 12th Oct and are based on a three night stay at Fritton
House Hotel including all meals from our award-winning restaurant. Prices start from £425 based on two sharing.
Non participating partners £300.

Fritton House is set within the 5000 acre Somerleyton
Hall Estate between Suffolk and Norfolk, offering a full complement of activities such
as ballooning,
boating, riding or peaceful walks through the ancient forests and around the Lake..
For golf enthusiasts,
Fritton House has a 9 hole golf course for an early morning warm up prior to visiting the nearby Gorleston
Golf Club.
From Fritton House you can enjoy all the facilities of Fritton Lake and Somerleyton
Hall & Gardens, including tours of the Hall or getting lost in our famous beech hedge maze,
sample some delicious local ales in the Duke’s
Head Pub which is ideally located on the edge of Oulton Broad.
